A structured examination of how clearly processors disclose contract terms, cancellation terms, reserve clauses, hardware obligations, and material limitations.
Merchant Hold and Reserve Study
A study of observable public patterns in processor holds, rolling reserves, termination reserves, documentation requests, and account-review triggers.
Provider Disclosure Scorecard
A field-level review of how completely providers disclose pricing, contract terms, industries served, prohibited businesses, reserves, payout timing, hardware obligations, and support channels.
